Draft. This policy describes how the product is built today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will change before launch.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in with one-time links and codes. We don't use passwords.
- Search details: your name, city and state, plus any other identifiers you choose to give us, used only to find and remove your listings.
- Authorizations: the exact consent text you sign, your typed name, the time, your IP address and browser details, as a record of your authorization.
- Proof records: statuses, confirmation IDs, listing URLs and screenshots of listings about you.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, not your card.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: searching sites for your listings, filing requests on your behalf, keeping proof, and contacting you about your account. We don't sell or share your information for advertising, and we don't use it for anything else.
Who sees it
You, and Struckoff operators working on your removals. When we file a request, we share with that site only what its opt-out process requires. Service providers (hosting on Cloudflare, email delivery, Stripe for payments) process data on our behalf.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database and a private R2 bucket for screenshots). Sign-in tokens and session IDs are stored only as hashes. Screenshots are served only to you and our operators through authenticated requests.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data, including screenshots, from your account page at any time. Requests we've already filed with sites can't be recalled.
