Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review · October 12, 2026

Draft. These terms haven't been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before launch.

The service

Struckoff files opt-out, deletion and related privacy requests with people-search sites and data brokers on your behalf, as your authorized agent, and keeps records of what happened. We're a filing service, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice.

No guarantee of removal

Sites decide whether to honor requests. Some refuse agents, some re-list people, and some data is public record. We don't guarantee that any listing will be removed or stay removed. We do show you the status and evidence for each site.

Your authorization

You authorize us to act for you only after signing the authorized-agent consent in your account, and only for yourself. You can revoke it at any time. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and about you.

Billing

A one-time removal pass is $49 (placeholder, suggested range $39-49). It covers one filing round and a proof report, with no renewal or scheduled re-checks. You may buy another pass later. Reports may include requests awaiting site responses or blocked requests; removal is not guaranteed.

The plan is $89 per year, billed annually through Stripe, and renews until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't use Struckoff to file requests about anyone but yourself, or to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone.
